| PUBLIC SPEAKING | Invite us to speak at your club, school or
civic function. Our goal is to educate the public about greyhounds
and responsible pet ownership. |
| FOSTERING | Short term homes
are needed to help make the transition - racer to pet. |
| GIFT CARDs | Donate a gift card, Pet Smart, PetCo, Pet
Supplies Plus, Stapley Feed we use these to purchase dog food for
the foster dogs. |
| GAS CARDs | We use these to purchase the gasoline needed
to pickup and transport dogs from the tracks coming into the GAL
Foster Program |
| POSTAGE STAMPs | First Class stamps are needed for
correspondence. |
| BLANKET DRIVE | Collect gently used blankets and comforters.
Our foster homes use these for the foster dogs. |
| HOST A DISPLAY | Offer us a space to host an Information
Booth, or to display information regarding greyhound adoption. |
| DONATE A RAFFLE ITEM | GAL will be placing items on EBay and other
online auction sites to assist in raising funds for the care of the
greyhounds. |
| CARING PAWS | Invite us to visit your nursing home or
health care facility. Our volunteers enjoy visiting the residents
and taking the opportunity to share the rewards of greyhound
ownership with the people of Western New York. |
| SPONSORSHIP | Consider sponsoring one of the ‘available
greyhounds’ currently in foster care. Your donation assists us with
the medical and day to day expenses involved in caring the
greyhound(s). |
| MONETARY DONATION | Consider making a donation through PayPal or
mail a check / money order. Without the generous support of caring
people we would not be able to help the greyhounds in need. Please
mention if the donation is in Memory, or Honor of someone. |
